Spring is in the Air!

Oh, I am SO excited that Old Man Winter is on the way out!  We've been spending time outside riding bikes and watching our poor Snowman fade away!  I act sad for the kids, but secretly I'm thinking "Go Away Big White Snowman and Don't Come Back Until I Say SO!!"    
Well, with Spring in the air, you know Easter is FAST approaching!  I'm very excited to share the Spring Tie Fabric with you.  These ties are now available for purchase through my Etsy Shop. 

 No little man in your family, NO problem!  I have plenty of Flower Headbands available for you Leading Lady!  Most flowers can also be put on a clip if your daughter has a hard time keeping a headband in her hair!

Grand Opening of my Etsy Shop!!

WOW!  What a week this has been so far!  I "offically" opened my Etsy Shop on February 1st and I am slowly starting to fill it with beautiful headbands and hand sewn ties!!  I am so excited about this new adventure:)  Also, I started a Fan Page on Facebook, so if you aren't already a fan... well, push that button what are you waiting for!!

New Years Resolutions and Business Endeavors

Happy New Year to Everyone!  I hope you all had a safe and happy holiday:)  My husband and I celebrated our 6th Wedding Anniversary on New Years Eve!  We had a quiet evening at home with a wonderful steak dinner prepared by my hubby, wine and a movie.  A great big THANKS to my Mom and Dad for taking the kids so we could spend some time together!

As we begin 2010, I'm sure many of us have started the list of resolutions for the year.  I know I have!  My main goal this year is to expand my business.  I plan to add more products (some "girly" products!) and begin selling on Etsy.com.  I am excited about about the expansion and look forward to providing my handmade accessories to more customers.

I also want to share the business endeavors of a few of my friends and family members.  Please share their websites with anyone whom you feel would be interested!

Ho-Ho-Ho-lidays!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving!  We hosted this year and everything went so well!  We are so lucky to have such a wonderful family, I feel blessed each day!  Here is a photo from our Thanksgiving... as you can see Johnathon was not too happy about getting his picture taken.  He wants to be the photographer... "say cheese"!  But his tie is cute!!

I just finished a matching Dad and son tie set... SO CUTE!!  Mom is surprising her husband withthe matching ties to wear to church on Christmas Eve.  Here are a few sneak peek shots by the seamstress!  I hope your husband loves them Christina!!

Just a quick note to anyone thinking of ordering a tie for the Holidays... I will not be able to guaruntee delivery by December 24th for orders placed after Decmber 9th.  All ties are hand sewn once an order is placed, I have only a few "in stock" ties.  So, please get your orders in now for the Holidays!  Also, the red and white candy cane stripe fabric is no longer available   :(  As always, if you have any questions please send me an email to monkeyknots@ymail.com.
